Oreo Fudgy Brownies


Ingredients:


  1. Butter                                    170 gms
  2. Cooking chocolate              100 gms
  3. Sugar                                    300 gms
  4. Eggs                                      3+1 egg yolk
  5. Vanilla Essence                    1 tsp 
  6. Flour                                      90 gms
  7. Salt                                         1/4 tsp
  8. Cocoa powder                      20 gms
  9. Oreo ( crushed )                  250 gms 
  10. Oreo Biscuits                      10 -12, cut into 4
  11. Chocolate chips                  170 gms


Oreo Fudgy Brownies




Instructions:


1: Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. 


2: Melt butter and chocolate together. 


3: combine flour , cocoa powder , salt and half chocolate chips. 


4: pour melted butter and chocolate on eggs and beat. 


5: Add the flour mixture and 50 gms Oreo

( crushed ), pour half butter into lined and greased tin , and sprinkle Oreo ( crushed )

and Oreo biscuits on top. 


6: pour the remaining butter and sprinkle left over Oreo ( crushed ) and bake for 30 minutes at 160*c.
